RETURN & REFUND POLICY 


Returns

You have seven (7) days to return an item from the date you received it. Any report or claim exceeding the return time frame will be considered invalid. To be eligible for a return, the items are defective or wrong received only. Your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the tag/label still attached and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Reasons such as "I changed my mind", the colors/designs are not suitable with me", "the colors are different from the photo" will not be considered as valid grounds for refund and exchange.


Refunds

Once we receive your item,  we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.


If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


Shipping

All shipping costs are borne by HQ if there is/are any defect(s) found on the item, OR the item received is faulty. For both mentioned reasons, returning and replacement postages are free.
